How to Contact Support

Objective

  1. Contact Relay Support

Procedure

  1. Go to  https://relaypro.com/account/support   and click  Sign In
  2. Click SIGN IN
  3. Log in with your  email address  and  password

Phone Support

  1. Click Phone Support
  2. Enter your number (or ensure what is listed is correct)
  3. Click Send
  4. You will receive a call from our support line

Open a Support Ticket

  1. Click  Open A Support Ticket
  2. Enter your N ame
  3. Enter your E mail
  4. Select your C lassification (whether this is a question, problem or request)
  5. Select the Category that best fits your issue
  6. Enter a Subject that best describes your issue
  7. Enter a detailed description . Please include as much information related to your issue as possible

Knowledge Base

  1. Click View The Knowledge Base
  2. You will be able to search for articles in our knowledge base that may relate to your issue

Additional Notes

  1. Support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-8pm Eastern
  2. Phone support is limited to Account Owner and Administrator permissions at this time and is not available for all end users.
